- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThe successful candidate will work 35 hours per week.
