Job Title: Research Assistant

The Research Assistant will collaborate closely with the principal investigator at the Centre de recherche du CHU de Québec-Université Laval and will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of research reports, academic publications, and various scholarly outputs;
- Organize and execute qualitative data gathering (including interviews and focus groups);
- Conduct data analysis utilizing N'Vivo software and aid in the interpretation of findings;
- Engage with professionals, students, and project collaborators;
- Perform additional relevant duties associated with research initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Possess an undergraduate degree in social sciences;
- Demonstrate experience in qualitative data collection and analysis;
- Proficient in Office suite applications (Word, Excel, Access) and other pertinent quantitative analysis tools (SAS, SPSS);
- Expertise in N'Vivo qualitative analysis software;
- Exhibit strong writing and analytical capabilities (a scientific background is advantageous);
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
Employment Details:
- Location: CHU de Québec Research Center;
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week, with options for remote work and flexible scheduling;
- Contract Duration: 4-month term, with the possibility of renewal;
- Compensation and benefits are in accordance with the existing collective agreement;
- Eligibility for group insurance plan with employer contribution;
- Participation in RREGOP pension plan;
