We are seeking a Full-Time Mobile Security Guard to join our team at a healthcare setting in Winnipeg. As a member of the GardaWorld team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants, and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Responsibilities

As a Mobile Security Guard, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting mobile parking patrols as per post orders and instructions from the supervisor
  • Providing traffic control and working as a team to report to the onsite supervisor
  • Providing escorts for visitors and issuing passes for authorized areas
  • Ensuring all doors are closed and vacant areas have lights off
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Providing active response to emergencies, assisting EMS, Fire Watch, and other critical situations
  • Performing vehicle inspections at the start and end of each shift
  • Documenting and reporting issues using electronic devices
  • Adhering to all company standards and site orders
  • Providing excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • 1-2 years of experience as a security guard in customer-facing roles
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
