About the Role

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced BI Technical Project Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of various IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, cloud computing, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring timely delivery of value.
  • Team Leadership: Organize and lead project status and working meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports, and manage risks and issues.
  • Agile Transformation: Develop and implement an Agile transformation plan to move from current state to a desired state, using standard project performance metrics to assess and evaluate the program.
  • Technical Expertise: Have experience in RDBMS and NoSQL database development, system integration using API management technologies, and cloud computing.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and DevOps teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile project management, cloud computing, and business intelligence.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile principles, cloud computing, and business intelligence, with experience in RDBMS and NoSQL database development, system integration using API management technologies, and cloud computing.
  • Certifications: Industry certifications/licenses, such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master.
