Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory and equipment within the warehouse.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Language: Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is mandatory.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse distribution is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in order fulfillment processes, skilled in order picking procedures, and ability to work accurately in a team environment.
