Première Moisson is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of foods to meet the high standards of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients, according to Première Moisson recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ensure the rotation of stocks of raw materials to maintain a high level of quality and freshness.
- Apply the quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards established by Première Moisson to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
