About the Role

Motion Fitness is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custodian Supervisor to join our team. As a Custodian Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our custodial staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our custodial staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
