Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Previous retail experience, particularly in customer service, is an asset.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is considered an asset.
