About the Role:

This is a permanent position with 3 days remote work after the training period. As an Accounts Receivable Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and monitoring customer accounts
  • Entering and invoicing customer account data
  • Providing administrative support on special projects as needed
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Completing the cycle of accounts receivable tasks
  • Generating weekly reports on accounts receivable

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on business accounting an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • College diploma in accounting
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel software
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and customers
  • Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for analysis purposes
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software, an asset
