We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at AM Commercial Facility Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
This is a permanent, on-the-road position with a variable schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
The primary language of work is English.
