Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect/Developer to join our talented Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our Salesforce ecosystem, aligning business processes with technical solutions, and enhancing the overall Salesforce platform's functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into sustainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Perform configuration tasks, including workflows, custom objects, validation rules, process automation, and security settings.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Establish best practices for coding, security, scalability, and maintainability in Salesforce development.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Salesforce Architect or Developer Certifications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Formulas.
  • Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
