Position Overview

As a Long Haul Truck Operator at Trans King, you will play a crucial role in the transportation of goods across various routes. Your responsibilities will encompass the safe and efficient operation of trucks while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Duties: Operate both straight and articulated trucks to deliver goods and materials.
  • Loading and Unloading: Manage the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring safety and security.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle, including tires, lights, and brakes.
  • Documentation: Obtain necessary permits for international transport and maintain accurate records of cargo, service hours, and fuel consumption.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Perform roadside repairs and adjustments as needed.
