Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop building control systems, including DDC controller systems, using Honeywell's product and applications portfolio.
  • Engineer hardware, software, graphics, and control drawings, as well as valve sizing and control device selection.
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to internal and external customers, including conducting site walks and reviewing customer specifications.
  • Review job contract plans, scope, and specifications, and prepare submittals per engineering standards.
  • Support Sales and Project Manager on surveys, application selection, and layout of potential retrofit opportunities.
  • Create estimates for change orders and effectively communicate features and benefits to sales teams and customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HVAC Control systems engineering.
  • 1 year of experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
