About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Kent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading electrical design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered to the highest standards and meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical design projects, including conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed engineering
  • Develop and manage electrical design deliverables, including single line diagrams, load lists, and equipment specifications
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that electrical design meets project requirements and client needs
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality work
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work delivered
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in electrical design and project management in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices, including domestic and international codes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
