We are in search of a driven and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to enhance our Expert team. This role involves steering internal client teams through a variety of initiatives within the Private Capital sector. The Senior Business Analyst will engage in project strategizing, market analysis, and the creation of client deliverables, while also contributing to business growth. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee several client initiatives in partnership with Consultants and other Experts
  • Ensure meticulous project management and attention to detail across various client engagements
  • Formulate and implement business development strategies
  • Participate in knowledge management efforts within the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fundamental understanding of the Infrastructure domain
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in the executive search domain
  • Proven ability to manage projects autonomously
  • Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving
