Overview:
We are expanding our Retail Promotions team to enhance support for our primary client during a peak season. If you possess experience in retail sales, customer service, or food service and seek a role with greater rewards and advancement opportunities, we encourage you to explore this position.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will represent a specific brand, enthusiastically promoting its products and services to the public. Your primary duties will include:
  • Establishing branded displays and distributing promotional materials
  • Engaging shoppers and initiating conversations
  • Conducting pre-qualification inquiries with local consumers
  • Presenting products or services to interested and qualified individuals
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving objections
  • Utilizing relatable examples to alleviate concerns
  • Processing sales transactions for interested customers
  • Reporting performance metrics to a team leader
  • Discussing challenges openly and collaboratively
  • Innovating new strategies to enhance results

Compensation:
We offer a competitive weekly salary along with additional incentives for each completed transaction and for meeting specific targets. Details will be shared during the interview process, but average first-year earnings range from $37,500 to $42,500, with top performers earning upwards of $55,000.

Training and Growth Opportunities:
Selected candidates will receive ongoing training from the CEO and leadership team, along with on-site support to help you develop and expand your skill set. This role will provide you with valuable experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and branding techniques. Consistent performers will have opportunities for career advancement in areas such as recruitment, client relations, digital marketing, and management, based on results and proven capabilities rather than seniority.
