Dining Room Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dining Room Care Manager to join our team. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional dining service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with training and development of team members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our strict sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assist with special events and functions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of dining area cleanliness, readiness, and standards.
- Assist with table top inventory management and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks with ease.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
