Job Summary:

The Mental Health Clinician will provide assessment and treatment services to clients/patients experiencing mental health and/or addiction-related concerns using trauma-informed care. This role involves crisis intervention, case management, and education/training for team members and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and treatment services to clients/patients
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support continuity and coordination of care
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver care for individuals, families, and communities
  • Participate in program planning, development, and supervision of practicum students

Requirements:

  • Completion of a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing with relevant training and experience
  • Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college
