Job Summary

The St. Clair Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the classroom teacher to develop and implement a comprehensive early learning program that meets the needs of our students.
  • Provide supervision and age-appropriate programming for groups of students as part of an extended day program.
  • Contribute to the spiritual, cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized community college.
  • Recent experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Registration with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
