Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while striving to achieve sales targets and program goals
  • Translate product advantages into sales by thoroughly understanding Qualcomm's offerings, including hardware and accessories
  • Boost consumer sales through proactive engagement and product demonstrations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail staff
  • Educate and motivate retail sales associates to enhance recommendation rates
  • Oversee daily operations, including merchandising, maintaining interactive displays, and ensuring promotional materials are in place
  • Collect, summarize, and report on field feedback and activities, while sharing competitive insights with the team
  • Occasionally organize and execute special promotional and sales events
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while representing Qualcomm and BDS Connected Solutions

Qualifications

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in consumer electronics and retail settings
  • Sales experience or customer-facing roles in retail

Skills and Attributes:

  • Self-motivated individual with a strong focus on achieving results
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable in a competitive atmosphere

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, grasp, talk, and hear regularly
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 20 pounds
