Airswift is partnering with a leading Nova Scotia electricity provider to build a team of skilled Powerline Technicians. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance, repair, and construction of the company's Powerline infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform line maintenance, repair, and construction work related to the company's Powerline infrastructure, including one-person work and response.

• Work with rubber gloves and maintain a high level of proficiency in Powerline Technician skills.

• Hold a valid Class 3 Nova Scotia Driver's License, with a minimum of 2 years driving experience, and provide a driver's abstract satisfactory to NSPI.

• Live within 30 minutes of your defined headquarters and be available for after-hour emergency service restoration, including rotational standby duty and one-person work.

Requirements:

  • Inter-provincial Red Seal Powerline Technician Certificate
  • Valid Class 3 Nova Scotia Driver's License
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience
  • Experience working with rubber gloves
  • Ability to work in a team environment
