- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Price meat products
- Sell meats to customers
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
- Grind meats
- Train meat cutters
- Slice cooked meats
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail
- Hand-eye coordination
- Basic security clearance
Our butcher shop and supermarket are located in a busy retail area, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced butchers and meat cutters.
