About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at NEO BIZ SOLUTIONS INC. as a key member of our sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Product and Service Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including product and service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition and retention rates, and sales team productivity, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
