We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our Tiffany & Co. store in Montréal, Royalmount. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the Market Vice President to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
  • Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) system.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

  • A college/university degree.
