As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities and needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing programs to promote spinal health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' spinal health concerns
  • Complete necessary paperwork and reports, including OCF 3, OCF 23, and OCF 18
  • Prepare and provide medical reports and assessments to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Implement programs to promote spinal health, including therapeutic exercise, manipulations, education, and the use of electro-therapy and mechanical equipment
  • Provide consultation and education on injury prevention and health promotion

Requirements:

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
  • Experience with insurance procedures (WSIB, EHC, MVA) is a strong asset
  • Performance-oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commitment to quality care and service delivery
  • Interest in helping people with physical disabilities and injuries
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
