Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Specialization/Experience (Business Sales and Services)
  • Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective negotiation and communication skills.
