About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ECE Assistant to join our team at Ter Kadamba Educational Society. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our pre-school education program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • Support the development and implementation of educational programs for children aged 3-5 years.
    • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Childcare and Supervision
    • Provide high-quality childcare and supervision to children in our care.
    • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children at all times.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
    • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and reporting.
    • Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Certifications and Training
    • Food allergy and anaphylaxis training.
    • First Aid Certificate.
    • CPR Certificate.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Experience working with children aged 3-5 years.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
