Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team in Invermere. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to live successfully in residential settings, such as group homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Support individuals in developing life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
- Ensure individuals' physical, emotional, and social needs are met, including providing emotional support and companionship.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Shift Schedule
6 days on / 3 days off schedule, providing a healthy work-life balance and opportunities for rest and relaxation.
