  • Menu Planning and Preparation

  • Culinary Operations
    • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order
    • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Customer Service
    • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
