Key Responsibilities
  • Tool Management: Assist in moving tools, equipment, and other materials to and from job sites.
  • Surveying Support: Hold stakes during surveying activities to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Site Safety: Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
  • Cleanliness: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work Environment

As an Electrical Assistant, you will work in various locations, including construction sites and warehouses. The job requires physical stamina, as you will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi is an asset.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
  • Language of Work: English.
