Fidelity Investments seeks a Digital Marketing Mobile Operations Manager to spearhead our mobile marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to engage customers across various mobile platforms, including SMS, notifications, and in-app messaging. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that drive customer engagement and contribute to Fidelity's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive mobile marketing strategies tailored to specific customer segments.
  • Develop and manage engaging mobile-first campaigns utilizing a range of technologies and platforms.
  • Optimize the customer journey across all mobile touchpoints, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, design, and analytics, to integrate mobile marketing initiatives seamlessly.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identifying key metrics and insights to inform future strategies and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in mobile marketing, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage customer data and execute campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
