Job Summary

As a Financial Analyst at Miller Paving Limited (HO), you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting in month-end closing and account reconciliation, preparing forecasts and budgets, and analyzing trends in sales, finance, and general business conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis to support business decisions
  • Conduct financial analysis and research to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or business with 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other financial software
