Key Responsibilities
  • Execute food preparation tasks according to established recipes and prep lists.
  • Adhere to proper food safety and handling protocols.
  • Ensure optimal food quality and freshness through effective inventory management.
  • Correctly manage leftover food items by covering, labeling, dating, and storing them in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in refrigerators and workspaces.
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize workstations and kitchen equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Uphold a safe and sanitary environment that meets all food safety regulations.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any incidents as required.


Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in food preparation or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques, knife skills, temperature management, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged periods of walking and standing. Additionally, uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
