About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Yoganithy Sathyakumar. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring client safety.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, ensuring their safe transportation and participation in community activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Mental health first aid, CPR, and first aid certificates are required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
