Job Title: Sales Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Inspire. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to ensure effective and efficient sales processes
  • Assist with retail sales, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain showroom tidiness and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Update internal templates and procedures as needed
  • Answer phone calls and book customer orders

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
