About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Truphan Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Construction Support: Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Crane Operation: Assist in the operation of gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo at port side.
  • Site Safety: Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
