About The Mirillion Group:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to contribute to our Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us make informed business decisions by analyzing financial data and creating insightful reports.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and budgeting.
  • Analyze financial performance and create detailed reports highlighting trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for our financial plans.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to management to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of our annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Completion or in progress of CPA/CFA.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • A team player who can also take the initiative.
  • A problem-solver who's ready to tackle challenges.
