We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Investment Counsel Support Associate to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our Investment Counsel Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client service and delivering high-quality support to our Investment Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Support: Collaborate with Investment Counsellors to deliver personalized client service, respond to client queries, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Account Administration: Work directly with clients to complete necessary documentation, set up new accounts, process transactions, and prepare for client meetings.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise with custodians and third parties to execute client requests in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements.
- Reporting and Data Management: Assist with client performance and tax reporting, maintain client data, and perform data integrity checks for quality control.
- Team Support: Provide backup support to other team members as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-net-worth client service, with familiarity with the wealth management industry.
- Education: Post-secondary education is preferred, but relevant experience is also highly valued.
- Certifications: CIM designation or other industry licenses such as CFA, CFP are preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English and French (verbal and written) is required.
