About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Fourmark Manufacturing Inc. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports on products inspected, highlighting any defects or areas for improvement.
  • Mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycle, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
  • Make minor adjustments or repairs to products, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Affix seals or tags to approved products, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Work Environment

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and comfort.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Experience in a related field is an asset, but not required.
