The Senior Salesforce Engineer plays a crucial role in the design and development of the Salesforce platform, addressing complex business and technological challenges across various sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and estimate the effort required for new projects and requirements.

  • Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies and best practices, advocating for the adoption of innovative solutions and processes.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert, managing administrative functions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Analyze failures, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions; utilize internal defect tracking tools to generate comprehensive error reports.
  • Collaborate with product owners and testing teams to enhance QA processes, review test plans, and improve test automation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform and over 10 years in enterprise systems.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and various integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based applications using REST, SOAP API, Talend, Informatica, and Mulesoft.
  • Knowledge of deployment processes and release pipelines, including Jenkins and Bitbucket/Git.
  • Strong understanding of packaged deployments, Metadata API, and Ant.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Lightning Components and Aura Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Possession of at least 2 Salesforce certifications from recognized programs (certifications will be verified).
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce DX is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban.
