Yard Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Yard Coordinator at Cooper Equipment Rentals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment yard, including loading and unloading equipment, performing pre-delivery inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery and pickup records.

• Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records
• Communicate with branch staff to resolve any delivery or pickup issues
• Identify and report any equipment damage or issues
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair
• Organize equipment in the yard and maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Valid G Driver's license with a clean or satisfactory driver's abstract
• Familiarity with local roads and ability to navigate safely
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
