The role of the Food Service Supervisor at This N' That C-Store & Eatery with Motel involves overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity.
• Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service personnel.
• Training: Provide training to new staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
• Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
• Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service offerings meet established quality standards.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets and cost estimates to maintain financial efficiency.
• Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
