About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our team at Fed IT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process optimization.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • System Implementation and Support: Work with IT teams to implement and support ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Project Management: Lead small to medium-sized projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation and process changes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP business analysis, process optimization, and project management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Fluency in French is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and experience with business intelligence tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Application Implementation: Experience in implementing ERP systems and business transformation projects.
  • Project Management Certification: Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
