Anmol Trucking Corporation is seeking a dedicated and organized Truck Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our trucking fleet.

As a Truck Dispatcher, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the movement of our trucks and drivers, optimizing routes, schedules, and deliveries. You will act as the central point of communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching and scheduling drivers based on workload, location, and delivery requirements.
  • Monitoring driver locations and providing real-time updates to relevant parties.
  • Communicating with drivers regarding traffic conditions, road closures, and other potential delays.
  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments, mileage, fuel consumption, and repairs.
  • Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
