The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and ensuring the quality of products meets established standards. Key responsibilities include requisitioning materials, scheduling staff, and overseeing sales and merchandising of baked goods. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of production schedules and be able to train staff effectively. The work term is permanent, with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
* Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
* Bake mixed dough and batters
* Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
* Draw up production schedules
* Train staff
* Ensure quality of products meets established standards
* Schedule staff
* Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Strong understanding of production schedules
* Ability to train staff effectively
* Permanent work term
* 35-40 hour workweek
* English language
