Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled assistant waiter/waitress to join our team at Subway Terrebonne. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist servers with food and beverage service, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary.
  • Availability to work 38 to 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English or French.
