Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand design requirements and preferences.
  • Create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces, utilizing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
  • Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials for design projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Present design concepts to clients for feedback and approval, effectively communicating ideas and vision.
  • Make revisions to designs based on client feedback, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
  • Proven experience as a 3D interior designer or similar role, showcasing expertise and a portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray, and Adobe Suite, ensuring technical skills and adaptability.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices, including spatial relationships, color theory, and materials science.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying ideas and vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in design projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
