About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Chanian Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and repair of our equipment and vehicles, including cleaning and lubricating machinery.
  • Tool Management: Organize and manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are readily available for use.
  • Site Support: Provide support to our tradespersons and apprentices, assisting with tasks such as moving equipment and materials.
  • Health and Safety: Assist in promoting a safe working environment, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
