About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team at Perfect Gates and Fences Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of fence installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install fences in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation method and materials required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with the installation process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling capacity.
  • Availability to work on the road, with a permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.

  • Organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
