Key Responsibilities:
* Manage fund and corporate audits and ensure compliance with various regulations.
* Analyze and validate financial data, including reviewing and creating spreadsheets.
* Utilize QuickBooks for financial entries and monthly reporting.
* Help to oversee the Funds' weekly and monthly NAVs, ensuring accurate transactional activity.
* Support the compliance regime, including updating the Compliance Manual and regulatory reporting.
* Participate in additional tasks and assist the Management Team as required.
Qualifications:
* CPA, CA designation preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and an understanding of QuickBooks.
* Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
